PAYMENT OF FEES & OTHER CHARGES
- It is the responsibility of the parents to deposit the fees and other charges to the school on time. Parents are, therefore, advised to deposit the fees and other charges for each quarter between 1st and 10th January, April, July and October every year.
- It can be deposited in the school office between 9.00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. In the events of cheque being dishonored not only a penalty of Rs. 100/- will be levied, but the dues will be deposited by DD/cash only and late fee of Rs. 50/- per day will be levied if payment is delayed beyond the last day, i.e. 10th January, April, July and October as applicable. In case the fees and other charges due to the school together with the fine due thereon is not paid by the last working day of the month in which such fees is due, the name of the student shall be struck off the rolls of the school on the last working day of the month and the child may be readmitted on payment of all school dues including fresh admission fee.
WITHDRAWAL
- One clear calendar month’s notice in writing or a month’s fees in lieu of such notice must be given before a pupil can be withdrawn.
- Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fees for the month of June. No fee other than caution money is refundable at any stage.
- Transfer certificates are not issued until all dues of the school are settled.
- Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
- Disciplinary
- Unsatisfactory progress in academics
- Detention or repeated detention in a class. As a rule only those students will be retained on the roll of the school that can take the school leaving examination and are under eighteen years of age.
- A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his or her studies in the school especially if he / she is below average in that class.
- Where a withdrawal takes place due to the above reason, the question of charging a month’s fee in lieu of the notice does not arise
